 The
management teams at ARC-EN-CIEL Day Care are experienced employees.
Our Director, Assistant Director and Program Coordinators
have graduated reputable, accredited colleges or universities
and possess a Masters degree in Psychology and/or Early Childhood
Education.
At ARC-EN-CIEL, we only hire
OCCS certified teachers for our classrooms. Our staff is made
up of people who genuinely enjoy working with children, and
it shows. They are trained in Early Childhood Education, health
and safety.
We also hire Assistant teachers
for our classrooms. We encourage these aids to continue their
education and take classes to become certified. ARC-EN-CIEL
offers training and special workshops throughout the years.
