The management team at ARC-EN-CIEL Day Care and Montessori School are experienced educators. Our Director, Assistant Director and Program Coordinators have graduated from reputable, accredited colleges or universities and have earned Master’s degree in various subjects such as Psychology, Early Childhood Education and/or Montessori Education.
At ARC-EN-CIEL Day Care and Montessori School, our lead teachers must be AMI (Association Montessori Internationale) or AMS (American Montessori Society) certified. In addition, they must hold their EEC (Early Education & Care) certification from the state of Massachusetts. Our staff is made up of people who genuinely enjoy working with children, and it shows.
