Childcare for Infants, Toddlers and Preschoolers ARC-EN-CIEL daycare and preschool centers provide outstanding infant toddler and preschool child care.Our unique bilingual French Program is one of-a-kind. It is offered to our students ranging from the age of 2 months to five years. Our French instructor holds a national diploma in Early Childhood Education from France. Her expertise is teaching French to youngsters as a second language. Her teaching philosophy is quite simple: Make it fun, and engage all the children. It is done through games, songs and visual movements. In addition, several of our staff members are fluent in French and help our children master French as a second language. ARC-EN-CIEL endeavors to create a legacy of childhood happiness in a unique environment while teaching your children to welcome new languages in their lives.
